"We never would have even thought about buying a house like that back then, but we had sold our house in the area and needed a place to rent while we looked for another to buy. As it happened we ended up renting a house that Bob Rummer had built a few blocks away from here. After we lived in that house we knew that this was the style of house we wanted to live in so we bought this one which Bob was in the process of building. 42 years later and its still a great house."
