Located in the Portland Vistabrook neighborhood here is a Rummer built home with a great vibe. The dynamic flow of the plan combines with some of the best proportioned spaces we've encountered in a Rummer. Two high vaulted spaces flank the central atrium, each with large clerestory windows flooding the living area with light and providing a sense of drama. The plan arranges the house in zones: the bedrooms in a private area, the kitchen with multi-purpose area along one edge and the living and dining areas in the middle. One benefit of this arrangement is that while the house is very open and informal it also allows for privacy and separation. All of the areas and rooms have direct access to the outside.
